Stationed Dinner Party

- PASSED HORS D’OEUVRES -

Lamb and pistachio meatballs | sumac yogurt sauce

Miso salmon skewers | lemon ponzu sauce

Asparagus and roasted scallion pancakes | smoked chili crème fraîche, chive citrus caviar

- SALAD STATION -

Farmers’ Market baby gem salad | fennel seed roasted kabocha squash, feta cheese, fresh dill, chickpeas, pine nuts, pickled onions, za’atar cucumbers, sliced radish, honey-shallot red wine vinaigrette

Shaved Tuscan kale and Brussels sprouts salad | toasted almonds, Pecorino Toscano 

Roasted carrot and lentil salad | French feta, arugula, herbed yogurt, sliced almonds, apple cider vinaigrette

- RAMEN STATION -

Ramen bowls beautifully presented | pour over with vegetable broth, fried tofu, ajitama, ramen noodles, bean sprouts, green onions, benishoga, chili oil, togarashi

- FRENCH FRY STATION -

Loaded fries station | traditional French fries and sweet potato fries served with variety of toppings including Seasons’ house sauce, spicy ketchup, mustard, nacho cheese sauce, grilled onions, chopped tomatoes, jalapeños

- CHEF ATTENDED FLATBREAD STATION -

Guests are treated to a chef-attended station where flatbreads are made to order, grilled fresh for guests to enjoy!

Gourmet toppings include: Arugula, fresh tomato, goat cheese, basil, balsamic glaze, blue cheese, fig spread, garlic oil, chili oil, burrata, house made ricotta, variety of aged meats, hazelnuts, caramelized onions, fresh herbs
