Gabrielle and Family

Gabrielle Moes is the owner and executive chef of Seasons Catering. In 1994 she graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. From there Gabrielle continued her education at the California Culinary Academy, where she earned an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in the Culinary Arts and interned at the acclaimed A Pacific Cafe in Kauai. Upon returning to her hometown area, she worked at the prestigious Wine Cask restaurant, became executive chef at Montecito's Wine Bistro and was the executive chef at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club for seven years, before starting Seasons Catering. Gabrielle completed the Business Education Program through the Women's Economic Ventures and continues her education by taking courses at the Culinary Institute of America at Grey Stone. She maintains her community involvement through membership with Santa Barbara Event Professionals, Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Women of Weddings, and the International Catering Association. Gabrielle also teaches cooking classes so that she can share her insights and passion for food with others.
