Signature cocktail:
Kettle One on the rocks, splash of tonic (not a pour) and three limes. I’m small so one does the trick!
Passed hors d’oeuvres:
Comfort food - my children will love them. Can I have them on a plate so I can sit in PJ’s with my Suduko book.
Plated dinner:
Small plates, multiple courses. Attention to detail is a must and I don’t want to share! Please pour us Kohler red wine (any varietal) and Sanford Fleur de Domaine. Lots of sparkling water-my husband’s addicted.I love seasonal and healthy with lots of fun sauces- eclectic is the spice of life and it helps me keep up with my hobbies of soccer, soccer, and soccer.Don’t forget to throw in some Asian or Mediterranean flare-a nod to my travels abroad.
Dessert buffet:
Skip the cake, but as a sugar devotee, it will suffice to say my whole family will be thrilled to see anything fried, covered in chocolate, or in pie form.
Late night snacks:
Sliders with our crispy onions and house sauce, French fries with spicy anything- I love spicy food, and chocolate malts! (I’m back in my PJ’s)

Set family style and large enough for a family of 6 plus the ever present extra family and friends.
Signature cocktail: whatever is new and fun!
Stationed hors d' oeuvres: An abundance of cheese and bread. Locally grown (like me) veggies and more cheese!
Family style dinner: Take me back to some of my favorite places. . .Thailand, Italy, Spain, Japan, Mexico, anywhere! Must always use family "secret recipes". Great music, must be on and there has got to be room for dancing!
Enormous Dessert Buffet: A must. . . enough said!
Late Night (no later than 8pm) snacks: These must be portable enough to eat on a comfy sofa and shared with kids while reading or watching some cooking show!

Serve over a bowl of house made spaghetti, must be in a travel proof container and be enjoyed all over the world!
